Role Overview

Wheels Up is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals at our FBO in Cincinnati, OH. The CSR reports into the Supervisor Commercial Operations at the FBO in CVG.

 

Responsibilities

  • Staff the CVG FBO front counter and perform associated functions such as: answer phones, communicate on internal company radio frequency, process accurate invoicing, and coordinating customer requests for catering, hotels, rental cars, etc.
  • Ensure that the lobby facilities and customer amenity features are kept clean and stocked, as appropriate.
  • Greet each customer as they enter the lobby and provide assistance to ensure their needs are accommodated.
  • Coordinate with line service personnel to make courtesy transportation available upon customer request.
  • Solicit and record feedback from customers to continually improve the service levels provided by Wheels Up Private Jets Center.
  • Problem-solve customer issues on the spot, and coordinate resolution with assets available.
  • Represent the Wheels Up in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the FBO management team.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Assist with all operational aspects of the FBO.
  • Prepare invoices at the time of service and process payment.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Some College Required.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Well-groomed appearance.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work scheduled shift, holidays, nights and/or weekends.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs of the department and manager, and eager to take on
  • new challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle conflicting priorities, and remain calm under pressure
  • while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • To ensure a safe environment for all, we require a FBI fingerprinting check and a 10-year background check.

Salary Range

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. The wage is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
