Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, Wheels Up is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Internal Communications with exceptional writing and communication skills. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and be responsible for developing and executing impactful communication strategies that drive employee engagement, reinforce company culture and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications and employee engagement, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multiple communication channels.

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits
At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $105,000/Yr. to $140,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
