Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Third-Party Operations Service Coordinator at our MOC located in Chamblee, GA to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.    

  

In this role, the Third-Party Operations Service Coordinator is responsible for all communication aspects with Third Party Operators, from the time of fulfillment to final review of a customer’s trip. Additional responsibilities include building daily relationships with all Third-Party Operators to ensure customer’s flights are executed flawlessly.  This individual needs to be solution-based when issues arise and provide accurate and effective. 

  

Responsibilities

In this role, the Third-Party Operations Service Coordinator is responsible for all communication aspects with Third Party Operators, from the time of fulfillment to final review of a customer’s trip. Additional responsibilities include building daily relationships with all Third-Party Operators to ensure the customers’ flights are executed flawlessly.  This individual needs to be solution-based when issues arise and provide accurate and effective resolutions. 

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to... 

  • Facilitate all date and time changes with Third Party operators for WU flights. 
  • Work with GRP Team to ensure all GRP flight details are accurate and assigned appropriately. 
  • Final quality control check for all Third-Party flights, including crew and aircraft. 
  • Assist with Recovery of all Third-Party flights due to service interruptions prior to the day of the flight. 
  • New trip construction, including initial communication with both Third-Party operators and Member Services. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements 

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in vendor/customer service role or similar, including a minimum of 1-year private aviation experience 
  • Strong written and verbal skills important 
  • Detail orientated 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment 
  • Varying schedule for coverage  
  • Will be expected to communicate with 3P Operators written and verbally 

 

The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements) 

While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out: 

  • BA/BS Aviation Management 
  • 1 year experience in Wheels UP Member Services preferred – will consider someone with a minimum of 6 months of Member Services experience. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Member Program Rules preferred

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits 

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.  

The salary for this role ranges from $61,000.00. Depending on a variety of factors, we don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
