Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Sr. Tactical Pricing Analyst at Wheels Up (at our Member Operations Center in Chamblee, GA), you will play a key role in maximizing revenue and optimizing demand through tactical pricing and yield management. You will analyze data, identify demand opportunities to adjust price, and implement revenue management processes to optimize revenue on demand hours, maximize aircraft utilization, and support sales requests with pricing discipline. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Forecasting, Data Science, Sales, Member Services and FP&A, ensuring that pricing decisions are data-driven, market-aligned, and effectively executed. 

 

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) 

  • Identify demand patterns through forecasting and data to set, adjust, and monitor pricing across the network daily 
  • Translate business analytics into actionable insights to drive performance 
  • Collaborate with Scheduling and Network Planning to align pricing with capacity opportunities across each distribution channel 
  • Enhance and support streamlined processes to manage pricing exceptions 
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments 
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform pricing decisions that enhance both operational efficiency and utilization 
  • Work with Sales and Member Services to make disciplined pricing decisions on pricing requests 
  • Partner with Engineering teams to enhance systems and processes across the Revenue Management tool kit 

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements 

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Aviation Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, airline management, or Part 135 operations preferred 
  • Proficient in spreadsheet software, including pivot tables, and database management 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights and strategies to audiences across all levels of the company 
  • Excellent time management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits 

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $84,000 to $105,000, depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you will be eligible for an incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
