Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
The Sr. Sourcing Coordinator is a key position within the Wheels Up Team. This individual will directly support the Wheels Up Member Operations Center, via Remote or Atlanta MOC location, and recovery process as a representative of the Strategic Sourcing Team.
The primary goal for this position is to maintain margin and drive utilization within the Wheels Up Portfolio Fleet, while sourcing 3rd Party Solutions for trips with knowledge about product offerings, aircraft capabilities, competitor dynamics, as well as up-to-the-minute operator needs and offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Work with the various Strategic Sourcing and Recovery Teams in securing the most optimal aircraft for program bookings within the ‘Recovery’ window.
• Work with partners to procure and book safety-vetted aircraft for program bookings.
• Ensure that Wyvern PASS Reports and pre-booking safety processes are followed and noted.
• Transition program booking flights to Supplemental for flight following, ground and catering.
• Support MOC operations as the on-site representative of the Strategic Sourcing Team
• Work with the various internal WUP Teams to plan and execute the most efficient and profitable sourcing strategies for the WUP operation.
• Work with 3P partners to procure and book safety-vetted aircraft for program bookings.
• Ensure that Wyvern PASS Reports and pre-booking safety processes are followed and noted.
• Transition program booking flights to Supplemental for flight following, ground and catering.
• Efficiently, but thoroughly field ad-hoc charter requests for WUP members and prospects.
• Maintain a 15% or better margin on confirmed ad-hoc charter flights.
• Maintain a 20% or better booking-conversion rate on ad-hoc charter requests.

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, high-end customer service, or revenue management related functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented and organized
• Self-motivated and naturally curious
• Must be able to work in high-energy, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Aircraft Sourcing Experience preferred
• Experience handling difficult client interactions and escalations preferred.

Salary Range & Benefits
At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000/Yr. to $100,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
