Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

 

The Charter Sourcing Coordinator is a key role at Wheels Up, responsible for leveraging data and analytics to optimize inventory allocation and pricing to maximize revenue, margin, and fleet utilization across the Wheels Up Portfolio Fleet and Partner Network. This position requires deep knowledge of product offerings, aircraft capabilities, competitor dynamics, and real-time operator availability to effectively allocate bookings and drive revenue growth.

 

This position is located at the Wheels Up Member Operations Center in Chamblee, GA.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Source and secure optimal, safety-vetted aircraft for program bookings in partnership with Revenue Management and approved operators.
  • Act as a consultative resource for Members and Sales, supporting prospect inquiries alongside the Charter Sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with Wyvern PASS and all pre-booking safety requirements.
  • Transition bookings to 3PS for flight following, ground handling, and catering coordination.

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements

 

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or related functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar tools) preferred.
  • Prior experience sourcing and stacking aircraft strongly preferred.

What We Offer

Salary Range & Benefits

 

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000/Yr. to $90,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
