In this role, you’ll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to build the pitch decks, sales narratives, and strategic materials that drive new business. As we relaunch the Wheels Up brand, your work will be central to how we show up with prospective customers and partners — translating our positioning, strategy, and offers into compelling, executive-ready presentations.

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

· Partner with the CMO and sales leadership to develop pitch decks and sales narratives that win new business

· Translate complex strategy, brand positioning, and product offers into clear, persuasive stories for executive audiences

· Build and maintain a library of modular presentation templates rooted in the new Wheels Up brand

· Manage multiple requests simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

· Continuously refine materials based on feedback from sales teams and customer interactions

· Support the development of leave-behinds, one-pagers, and other sales collateral as needed

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy role

· Exceptional PowerPoint skills — you can build a beautiful, structured, on-brand deck from scratch

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into simple, persuasive narratives

· Experience presenting or preparing materials for senior executives

· A collaborative attitude and a bias toward action

· Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design a plus

The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)

While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:

· Experience supporting sales teams with executive-level pitch decks or go-to-market materials

· Exposure to brand relaunches or translating brand strategy into customer-facing assets

· Experience incorporating sales or customer feedback to refine messaging and presentations

Physical Requirements

We want to make sure you’re fully equipped for success. Here’s a look at any physical requirements needed for this role:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating office equipment

· Ability to speak and hear clearly in person and via phone or video

· Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach

· Ability to lift and move up to 10 to 15 pounds occasionally, such as files or office supplies

· Close vision and ability to adjust focus for computer screens and documents
