Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will serve as the enablement and data-focused partner to the commercial organization, helping the team operate with cleaner CRM data, stronger pipeline visibility, and more consistent account intelligence. This position will focus less on direct prospecting and more on process, reporting, data quality, and scalable operating support. Your work will help improve CRM health, pipeline accuracy, lead-flow visibility, and leadership decision-making while enabling Sales Directors and VPs to focus on closing, relationship management, and high-value client engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Own CRM health, pipeline accuracy, and compliance by ensuring records are complete, current, and consistently maintained across the commercial team

  • Build and maintain actionable CRM dashboards and recurring reports that give leaders clear visibility into pipeline, activity, lead flow, conversion, and team performance

  • Ensure lead-flow visibility across inbound, referral, Delta, renewal, lost-member, and database-mined opportunities, including routing, tracking, and status updates

  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or conflicting account and contact records to improve data quality and reduce friction for sales teams

  • Standardize account intelligence by helping team fill in required profile fields, prospect research, lead notes, following ownership rules, and supporting handoff expectations

  • Support lead prioritization frameworks, including scoring logic, segmentation, and reporting that helps Sales Executives and Directors focus on the highest-value opportunities

  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting on sales activity, KPIs, pipeline progress, lead conversion, and CRM compliance for leadership and team visibility

  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, including SOPs, process guides, CRM standards, FAQs, and training materials

  • Partner with Sales Executives, Directors, VPs, Marketing, and Sales Ops to improve process adoption, reporting accuracy, and scalable team workflows

  • Provide analytical, structured support that helps the commercial organization operate more efficiently, identify pipeline gaps, and scale repeatable best practices
