Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration, calculation,
validation, reconciliation, and ongoing operational support of the Company’s sales incentive and
commission programs. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and
Total Rewards to ensure sales compensation payments are accurate, timely, auditable, and administered
consistently with approved plan provisions.
The Senior Analyst will manage complex commission calculations and sales crediting arrangements,
investigate and resolve compensation issues, maintain strong financial and operational controls, and
provide analytical support for sales compensation forecasting and plan design changes. This position will
also play an important role in improving and automating sales incentive compensation processes and
supporting the continued evolution of the Company’s sales compensation technology and governance
framework.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of analytical rigor, ownership, and customer
orientation. The role requires the ability to balance precision and controls with the practical needs of a
dynamic sales organization.
Key competencies include analytical problem solving, attention to detail, financial acumen, process
discipline, stakeholder management, communication, customer service, judgment, continuous
improvement, and the ability to operate effectively across Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be demonstrated through accurate and timely sales incentive payments, strong
commission controls and documentation, effective resolution of employee and sales leader inquiries,
improved efficiency and automation of compensation processes, high-quality partnership with crossfunctional stakeholders, and consistent administration of sales incentive plans across the organization.
What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits
At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $120,000, depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the hourly rate; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table.
Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
